What roles are available?

The roles available on the Secure Distributor Portal are:

• External Audit
  • This role will allow you to view activity completed by users in your organisation.
• View Reports
  • This role will allow you to view reports for recipient groups you have been assigned to
• External User Admin
  • This will allow you to complete Administration tasks for your organisation such as creation and deletion of users
  • Only the DCS team are able to allocate this role to users

In addition, there is a 'Guest' role, this is to be assigned when setting up a user in advance of them requiring access to data. The Guest role has no system privileges but will allow the user to complete registration.
