A user is able to request their own password reset from the logon screen however, if you have the External User Admin role you can reset password for another user
To reset a user password in the Secure Distributor Portal please follow these steps:
- Select the Admin - Users tab
- Next to the user select the 3 dots
- In the drop down select reset password
- This will initiate password reset process. The user will receive an email with further instructions
