How do I reinstate a user who is blocked?

If you have the External User Admin role you can reinstate blocked users


To reinstate a blocked user in the Secure Distributor Portal please follow these steps:

  1. Select the Admin - Users tab
  2. Next to the user to be reinstated select the 3 dots
  3. In the drop down select Reinstate
  4. Select Confirm


Note: The user status will be returned to the state before the block was applied
