SS&C moved to a new supplier 'FreshWorks' for WebChat on 17 December 2019.


If you cannot see the WebChat button on the bottom right corner of the window or you are having disconnection issues while on a chat, please speak to your local IT team.


The new service uses the following urls to initiate the service which you may need to white list for internet traffic,
