In the first instance you should talk to your internal IT teams. A lot of issues are caused by your orginisation blocking the site or one of the required resources.
If your IT team are unable to help or you need further guidance, we ask that you
- Open a new browser window
- Enter Developer Mode (CTRL+SHIFT+I)
- Select the Network Tab
- Navigate to the Secure Distributor Portal and process up until you see the issue
- The developer page should have a list of items called similar to the below
- Export the file and send to SS&C to look into
