The audit facility enables viewing of user activity for the last 15 months showing the follwoing information:
1. Event Type - The type of activity that has taken place . A full list of the activities is available in the dropdown by selecting Audit then Event Type in the search bar.
2. Email address - the Email of either the user who undertook the action or of the user who was the subject of the action depending on the Event Type.
3. Details - Provides more specific details of what action was taken.
4. Date & Time - Date and time the activity was completed
