Transferee Confirmation

As a transferee, SS&C will be unable to confirm the details of a transfer rejection to you for security reasons.

 

SS&C advises that you refer to the transferor of the request in the first instance, if you are unable to locate a expected transfer into your account.

 

Please note all stock transfers hold a 3-5 working day SLA depending on the Fund Group, so please allow this time frame before chasing the Transferor.
