When a transfer request is rejected, SS&C, on a reasonable endeavour’s basis, will contact you via email or phone to advise of the rejection.
Please note Stock transfers carry a 3-5 Working Day SLA depending on the Fund Group.
The communication can include;
- Rejection Reason
- Transferor Account number
- Fund Identifier
- Units/Cash amount
- Any personal references
